We do not like to set a time limit for the number of hours available for each package as we know that each wedding is unique, so we work on a “fair policy basis” and ask that your 1^st Dance take place within 45 minutes of the time requested for your evening guests to arrive. You may be charged for additional attendance over and above the 45 minutes.

We offer you a 14 day cooling off period from the date of our invoice covering said monies to secure your wedding date to cancel our services and receive a full refund of all monies paid to A Film Forever. Notice of cancellation must be by email or post. If you choose to cancel by post you should keep proof of posting receipts to confirm your cancellation notice was posted within the 14 day time limit. After this 14 day cooling off period all Booking Fees are non refundable. In the event that any extra monies are paid to A Film Forever over and above the Booking Fee, including credit crunch deals and you are forced to cancel our services then these monies will only be refunded to you providing that A Film Forever are able to fulfill your wedding date with another booking. These monies will be returned by A Film Forever to you within 21 days of the booked wedding date. YOU ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT WEDDING INSURANCE to cover the unexpected cancellation and expenses of your wedding plans.

Our prices are currently available for all UK Weddings up to and including 2011. Where the timings of your wedding (as agreed by both parties) necessitates a Flight or overnight stay these items will be chargeable.

Our prices include all licenses for the sound recording and production of your wedding film. They do not include Church license fees if applicable.

If you are having a church service you must inform the Church that you wish to have the service recorded. The church will usually arrange the license to cover the recording of any hymns and/or organ playing and include this in their fees to you.

You will be responsible for providing to A Film Forever your chosen wedding soundtracks on CD-R. Please let us know if this will be a problem so we can take the necessary action.

If you have chosen the growing up pictures option you will be responsible for providing to A Film Forever your chosen pictures in jpeg format on CD-R.

The delivery date for your wedding film will be confirmed to you during our meeting to discuss the timings of your day. Dependant on the time of the year it is usually between 6-10 weeks. Credit crunch deals will be upon final payment.

Your package includes 3 copies of the wedding film. You will receive one copy of the wedding film for approval, and whilst we are sure you will like your film we will allow deletions to the final edit if you feel it necessary. We cannot however accept requests to make changes to the guest list credits at the end of your film if for example someone does not turn up or you have spelt their name wrong on the list that you have provided without charging for this change. Upon approval we will send you the other 2 copies that are included in your price.

We will contact you prior to your wedding day to arrange a convenient time for us to meet to discuss the finer detail of your day. If distance precludes us from meeting we will discuss your day with you via email or phone. You are very welcome to visit us at our home in Epping if this is more convenient for you.

Your balance is due at anytime prior to your wedding day, unless you are paying by one of our credit crunch deals.

Details of the prize draw will be published in January of each year and you are responsible for contacting us to claim your winnings
